Linear Design & Construct to deliver state of the art office for law firm

Leading independent Scottish law firm, Anderson Strathern is set to relocate to state of the art office space within Capital Square in Edinburgh, voted the Best Commercial Workplace in Scotland 2022 and featuring extensive ESG features.

The newly completed Grade A development in the heart of Edinburgh’s Exchange District will be home to Anderson Strathern’s Edinburgh team of over 270 employees, following an extensive fit out by Linear Design & Construct (LDC).

The team at LDC are set to deliver the design and construction of a CAT B high end office fit out 21,432 sq. ft across the ground and first floor suites at 58 Morrison Street, Capital Square.

The project, which will be undertaken in a live environment, will see the team providing M&E reconfiguration and installations alongside internal partitions, ceilings, joinery, decoration, floor coverings, FF&E, testing and commissioning, during the four month construction period.

Working with an expert team including Reid Mitchell, Wallace Whittle, FORM and Blyth & Blyth, the project is due for completion before the end of 2023, allowing the Anderson Strathern team to move from their current offices at Rutland Court ahead of the New Year.
