Business commitment

The future of construction must be low-carbon, resource-efficient and people-focused. At Linear UK Group, we are transforming how we design, procure and deliver projects to move beyond a linear model towards a more circular, resilient built environment.

Our route to a circular future is built on reducing whole-life carbon, keeping materials in use for longer and designing out waste, while delivering positive outcomes for people, communities and nature.

Across our businesses, we embed circular economy principles into sustainable procurement, support Net Zero ambitions, enhance biodiversity and create meaningful social value through skills, employment and local engagement.

This is a practical and evolving journey. By working collaboratively with our people, clients and supply chain partners, Linear is committed to building places that support stronger communities and deliver long-term value for society.

Sustainability champions

Leading the Change through our 5 Key Themes

Authorised by our Linear Group Executive Team, our five Sustainability Champions are empowered to shape strategy, drive innovation, and turn ambition into measurable impact. They are responsible for embedding sustainable thinking into how we procure, design, deliver, and partner, ensuring our commitments translate into real-world outcomes.

Our Champions form a forward-thinking leadership group, driving progress under Executive oversight to ensuring sustainability remains central to our growth and sustainability performance.
