Working across 33,905 sq. ft. spanning the ground, first, second and third floors within the Cadogan Street development, the project has seen the installation of internal stairs, internal walls, internal doors and internal finishes,  alongside mechanical, electrical and FF&E installations.

The newly installed internal staircase will link the floor plates from the ground floor to the third floor whilst new internal partitions, bespoke ceilings, mechanical and a large amount of bespoke furniture installations, will ensure the quality of the overall workplace.

The project was successfully managed to avoid causing any disruption to the live floors within the building and involved the careful coordination of a thorough stakeholder engagement plan the neighbouring buildings within the busy city centre environment to ensure no disturbance to their day to day operations.

Ryan Broadley, Managing Director, LDC, “We are delighted to have successfully handed over this landmark project to OVO Energy as they drive forward their commitment to sustainability and focus on making energy cheaper, greener and simpler.  The team worked tirelessly to manage and minimise the impact of the works throughout the duration of the project and its always rewarding to deliver on time with zero defects.”

Work began on site in December 2022 and was completed on time and handed over with zero defects.
