The team at Linear Design & Construct (LDC) have been actively developing new opportunities since the business formed in late 2018 and the latest appointment is testament to the strength of the team’s commitment and expertise.
LDC is set to begin work on the comprehensive fit-out of 49 Shandwick Place in Edinburgh which is set to become the flagship customer experience and Travel Centre for Lothian, the UK’s largest municipal transport operator that runs bus services across the city and beyond across the Lothian region.
The 9140 square foot development at 49 Shandwick Place, in the heart of Scotland’s capital city, will be the focal point for all bus service provision to both local customers and visitors, plus also ensuring a high quality facility for staff.
Ryan Broadley, Managing Director of Linear Design & Construct said: “We are delighted to be appointed to deliver this fantastic state-of-the art facility for Lothian. We look forward to providing a high quality project and commencing a long-lasting partnership with Lothian and Graham & Sibbald.”
Richard Hall, Managing Director of Lothian said “Our Travel Centre will offer an enhanced customer experience for the millions of customers and visitors who use our services in and around Edinburgh each week. We are extremely proud to be working with Graham + Sibbald and Linear Design & Construct to deliver this project for our city.”
The fit-out project and refurbishment will be completed and opened to the public during the summer of 2019, coinciding with the 100thanniversary of Lothian.
