2019 looks set to be a significant year of growth for Linear Group and as such has led to the business increasing its office space at Panorama Business Village, in Glasgow’s East End.
The expansion of the business from 3500 to 5000 square feet represents an increase of 50% in capacity to accommodate growth ambitions, particularly following the launch of Linear Design & Construct in late 2018.
The newly extended office space will be home to both Linear Projects and Linear Design & Construct and accommodate around 30 staff. The space has also allowed the addition of six, eight and 12 person meeting rooms and a large, dedicated new staff kitchen area..
The work was undertaken as a contract via Linear Projects, calling on the fit out expertise and project management to ensure the highest quality implementation and finish.
Commenting on the expansion, Stephen Holmes, CEO of Linear Group, “We have consistently increased our office space over time in reflection of our own growth but this is the most significant development, both in terms of investment and physical space, to date. This means we can scale both the businesses accordingly in line with our growth opportunities and ambitions .”
