Designed by Cooper Cromar, The Grande is the bespoke headquarters for EnQuest – the largest independent UK oil producer in the North Sea – providing dedicated space for a workforce of up to 800.
A landmark building for the redevelopment of North Dee as a future central business district and also an architectural benchmark for future development in the area, this building was a significant addition to the area and economy.
Our role on The Grande project was the delivery of a dry lining and door package. Working within a constrained site boundary, we partnered with Sir Robert McAlpine in the successful delivery of this stunning Grade A, BREEAM rated ‘Excellent’, 120,000 square foot eight-storey office development.
