Following major contracts from key, high profile clients, the office has gone from strength to strength with its first class fit out expertise and approach.

A recent appointment by Overbury working for Leeds-based law firm Walker Morris, has seen the team undertake extensive fit out works to their new office space at 33 Wellington Place, part of the overall regeneration scheme.  Combining high acoustic requirements with over 120,000 square feet of space, the team will also deliver dry lining, ceilings and tape jointing.

Meanwhile, working with Robertson North West, Linear Projects are on site at St Leonards, Lancaster where the major redevelopment of adjoining grade 2 listed buildings is underway and due for completion in time for the start of the new term.   The 1970’s structure is being transformed into 179 student flats so the work is focused on dry lining, ceilings, plaster skim and substrate flooring.

In Liverpool, the team are working to provide expertise to the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, an 11-floor specialist cancer hospital located next to The Royal Liverpool University Hospital. Working collaboratively with Laing O’Rourke and architects BDP.   Linear Projects will install over 18,000 square metres of suspended ceiling products Ecophon DS and Rockfon Medicare systems to meet the specific needs of the facility.

Commenting on the growth and success, Dale Zahra, Regional Managing Director, Linear Projects, said, “Our recent achievements and wins are testament to the hard work of the team and showcases their commitment and expertise.  To secure these key projects is a huge step forward for our business in the North West and contributes to the overall growth in turnover of the Group.  Over the past eight years, we have forged strong partnerships with clients in the region and to break the £5m turnover mark shows how important this approach has been to our success.”
