Linear Projects have been appointed to provide a comprehensive package of works to support the creation of 433 high-tech, exclusive rental apartments, spread across four main buildings. The properties, set around a public courtyard, have access to a variety of on-site amenities and enhanced new surrounding hospitality venues.

Working on behalf of client Robertson Group, the expert team will undertake key internal fit out components including ceilings, partitions, joinery and ironmongery across the four buildings ranging from 6 – 18 storeys.

Commenting on the project, Stephen Holmes of Linear Projects, said, “This iconic location in central Glasgow is set to be totally transformed and create a new thriving living hub for a large community of residents, combining exceptional facilities and an ideal urban location. We’re delighted to continue our long standing working partnership with Robertson Group in bringing this state of the art project to life.”

New bars, restaurants and retail stores will open alongside extensive amenities, including a hotel-style lobby, residents’ lounges, flexible workspace, and health and wellbeing zones. With BBQ areas indoors and outdoors along with landscaped roof gardens which encompass beautiful panoramic views of Glasgow city centre.

Beginning on site in March 2022, the project will complete in Spring 2023.
