Lucent, 50 Bothwell Street

The LDC team began on site at the prestigious Lucent Building in the heart of Glasgow in March 2024.

The project involved a range of works including structural alterations, external stone repairs, and a full CAT A fit-out across eight floors and two car parks. Our team also delivered the construction of an additional level and a new roof.

The biggest challenge within the development was the installation and removal of the temporary Haki roof to facilitate the new 1 level
extension. Upon completion in May 2025, the building now boasts a full height central atrium at reception as well as new and refurbished windows across all levels
