Linear Design & Construct have been appointed to deliver the comprehensive refurbishment of several South Ayrshire Council Offices across locations in Ayr and Troon.
The Design & Build project includes extensive works within the Council headquarters at County Buildings in Ayr and Troon Municipal Buildings.
Secured through hub South West and South Ayrshire Council, the project will see the upgrade of a number of the current building spaces to deliver high quality offices for Council staff. It will also include internal upgrades to several other Council properties including the Carnegie Library, River Terrace and a first and second floor fit out of the former Clydesdale Bank Building in Ayr High Street.

The refurbishment project and fit-out will be completed in phases between April and December 2019
