St James Quarter

We were engaged on the St James Centre redevelopment in Edinburgh, supporting Laing O’Rourke from early bid stage through to delivery. Appointed as a subcontractor in 2018, we were responsible for the design and installation of dry lining, architectural metalwork, and HV cable enclosures.

Our works were delivered within a complex, multi-package environment, requiring close coordination and strong programme management. We operated fully within Laing O’Rourke’s BIM-led Work Package process, managing method statements, risk assessments, procurement, technical submittals, quality control, and handover to ensure a consistent and compliant delivery across all elements.
