Pinsent Masons

We have successfully completed the office fit-out for Pinsent Masons in Glasgow City Centre. Located within the Aurora Building on Bothwell Street, the new office spans Levels 1 and 4, covering a total of 32,000 sqft.

The Linear Design & Construct team delivered a comprehensive fit-out featuring high-quality bespoke finishes across the walls, floors, and ceilings. This created an open-plan workspace supported by multi-purpose rooms and a range of community areas, including tea points, islands, lockers, and a concierge station.

Given the central location, careful planning was essential to minimise disruption to the surrounding occupied areas and other tenants within the building. The works were carried out with this in mind throughout the programme.

The project also features bespoke artwork by Emer Tumilty, a former Glasgow School of Art student, who painted the canopy incorporating the words “Onwards & Upwards” in honour of a Pinsent Masons Partner.

Through strong collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement, the team achieved completion on time, within budget, and with zero defects, demonstrating a clear commitment to right-first-time delivery.
