Chivas Brothers

We were appointed for the full refurbishment, fit-out and new build extension of the Chivas Brothers Leven Office at their Kilmalid site in Dumbarton, as part of the client’s extensive investment in its facilities and its commitment to Scotland. The project consisted of the full refurbishment and fit-out of their current office and new build extension incorporating a new entrance area to the building. The works over 4 floors and 48,000Sq ft have created a contemporary, more integrated and engaging environment for all Chivas Brothers employees. A focal point is the new build reception area which includes a glazed atrium to draw natural light and give visitors the best welcome. The double height extension to the south elevation forms a new entrance pavilion to the building, with a lobby, security desk and security speed gates. The project went on to win a prestigious BCO Award for Refurbishment and Recycle, due to the high quality internal finishes completed within the new space.
