Glencadam Distillery opens its new visitor centre to commemorate 200th anniversary!
Linear Design & Construct were appointed to create this impressive new facility which combines heritage, craftsmanship, and an enhanced guest experience.
The project included:
- Transforming the existing front office into a Retail Shop, now connected to the expanded Visitor Centre
-A new Exhibition Space, Whisky Lounge, Tasting Room, Café, and Function Suite and Roof Terrace Balcony
- A new visitor car park, complete with terraced stone walls, plus an additional rear parking area
-Transforming one of the existing buildings within the distillery into a VIP Suite
-Reintroducing the Doig ventilators after the originals were lost to a fire
With these works complete, Glencadam now offers a full, immersive visitor experience.
