Linear was appointed to the full refurbishment and new build extensions of the Gretna Retail Village. Phase 1 works were delivered in a live environment and included new shop fronts with timber cladding and timber structure, new timber windows and doors. All of these packages were Contractor Design Portions. All joinery elements were self-delivered by our own highly trained workforce. We instigated a Zonal Working Strategy to ensure single trade working and high quality of workmanship. Phase 2 saw the refurbishment work continue to the rest of the shopping mall including new public realm works. Phase 3 included 3 new build extensions to the front of the mall, increasing the size due to the retail village's popularity. The Retail Village includes top brands like Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, Adidas and M&S.
