24 St Andrews Square

Linear were appointed to the full strip, refurbishment and fit out of 24-25 St. Andrew Square in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. The fit out covers the existing 7 floors, as well as a new build extension to create a new top level on the roof.

The result is a thoughtful transformation of two listed townhouses, keeping their original character while creating a high spec, future ready workspace.

Working closely with the design team through the 2 stage process, the LDC team moved to site in September 2023.
