We had the pleasure of welcoming the Lighthouse Charity to our site, The Cube in Edinburgh, as part of their Make It Visible tour.
The afternoon was a complete stand-down for our team and operatives on site, and we also had some of the team from neighbouring projects attend this important session.
We’d like to thank Rob and Aled for speaking about their own experiences and how they found support through the Lighthouse Charity. We hope that those who may be struggling and require support now know that there is help available, whether it be for emotional, physical, or financial wellbeing.
Our Social Value Lead, Gwenyth Blair, said:
“A sincere thank you to the Lighthouse Charity for visiting our project at The Cube in Edinburgh and for sharing your valuable experiences with the team. Your insight, support, and the important conversations that you continue to encourage around wellbeing in our industry are truly appreciated.”
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re focusing on helping people feel more confident about checking in, starting a conversation, and knowing where to turn for support.
Support is here if you or a friend or colleague might need it.
