Our long term approach to client needs and relationships has enabled us to develop strong, long lasting and meaningful partnerships.
Working in partnership for over 10 years, we have forged a strong and collaborative approach with the team at Laing O’Rourke. During this time, they have consistently shown great belief and trust in Linear Projects by appointing us to a number of their key projects, particularly Forth Valley Acute Hospital at a time when the business turnover was only £3m and the project had a value of £11m. They value our joined up, collaborative approach and can-do positive attitude to ensure the best outcome for their clients and projects.
As a fellow family business, we share many elements in common with Robertson, including our values, vision and commitment to staff. Whilst our relationship with them dates back to only 2014, we have successfully worked with them on some of their most landmark and significant projects demonstrating the strength of our partnership and the depth of trust. These projects include the multi-award-winning Macallan Distillery and Visitor Experience on Speyside and another award winner, The Albus in Glasgow’s East End. We are currently working in close collaboration with them on the new Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, their largest contract to date.
Since 2015 we have developed a positive and productive relationship with Multiplex, a premier global construction company. Both our companies’ approaches are very aligned and we share many values in common. Our partnership with Multiplex has worked effectively and successfully across two key projects, firstly joinery, suspended ceilings and dry lining packages for CityPark1 in Aberdeen and a suspended ceilings package for the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh, currently under development. We were also selected to partner Multiplex on the University of Glasgow’s campus development programme, due for completion in 2023.
