KPMG Aberdeen

In 2019, Linear Design & Construct were appointed by leading professional services consultancy KPMG to carry out the full design and build of the new Aberdeen office fit out, within 1 Marischal Square, Aberdeen.

From appointment in early November the team concluded the design and commenced on site prior to Christmas 2019 for a 15 week period.

By maintaining early procurement and design which was critical to the programme, LDC achieved  the fast track 15 week project whilst ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety during the construction period.. KPMG were delighted by the way the team worked with them, including incorporating design changes during the construction period.

Throughout the project LDC forged a good relationship with the Building Manager, Hilary Fleming (CBRE). This relationship was essential due to the building being occupied on all 5 levels which meant delivery within the live environment whilst maintaining excellent relationships with the neighbouring tenants.
