LDC has successfully achieved financial close on a new Design & Build project with hub South West, with work set to begin imminently. The project, on behalf of North Lanarkshire Council (NLC), will see the team carry out an extension of the All Saints & Rochsolloch Primary Schools in Airdrie.
The project, procured via hub South West, will see the addition of extensions to both Primary Schools, which occupy the same building. The project will allow both schools to increase capacity in order to meet future demand and enhance both schools’ educational facilities.
Work to date has seen LDC manage the Design & Build project from inception to design conclusion with their Design Team, JM Architects and Blyth & Blyth (Structural & M&E). Working collaboratively, the team have demonstrated exceptional professionalism and delivery ensuring the client has been continually delighted by the approach and performance.

The project is due for completion by Christmas 2020.
